i. Definition of E-commerce:

ii. Advantages of E-commerce:
- Allows people to conduct business without time and distance barriers.
- Reduces direct costs such as those related to sales processing and paperwork.
- It offers the ability to operate 24/7, improving customer access.
Disadvantages of E-commerce:
- Lack of personal touch makes it difficult for customers to inspect the quality of goods.
