Stephen Kwame Aikins is a Chartered Accountant with an affinity for technology providing financial solutions and Training to companies with the aid of financial modeling, data analytics, and data visualization.
He is the Founder of Noohra Business Consult; a registered consultancy firm whose aim is to train Business Professionals on the use of Information Technology tools (like Excel and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau) to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness in their field of profession.
Over the past 13 years, Stephen has worked with various companies including (ASA Savings and Loans as an internal Auditor, Yilo Star Microfinance Ltd as the Head of Finance, Ubuntu Capital as the Finance Manager and currently working on part-time base with Ubuntu Capital as their Internal Auditor. He serves as member on three Audit Committee in the Eastern Region of Ghana (Fantiakwa South District Assembly, Achiase District Assembly and Manya Krobo Municipal Assembly). He is also the Audit Committee Chairman for Fantiakwa North District Assembly.
Stephen is a Microsoft Excel Facilitator and has trained a lot of business professionals including Accountants, Bankers, Managers, Auditors Finances Managers, etc. on the use of Microsoft Excel. He has also conducted trainings for Institutions and District Societies of ICAG.
Stephen also teaches students of Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana for the professional exams at Precise Accountancy College.
His main objective is to promote efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness in Business professionals and companies for optimum utilization of resources for the achievement of organizational goals.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, belonging to the Koforidua District Society of ICAG serving as the General Secretary, and also holds a Bachelor of Technology in Accounting. Stephen has obtained several certificates from various institutions (including Accounting Data Analytic – University of Illinois; Information System Auditing-Controls and Assurance – Hong Kong University of Science and Technology; Introduction to Python – DataCamp, Digital Marketing – Google, and Technical Support fundamentals – Google.
He is a Youth Facilitator at the ICGC Jesus Temple, Koforidua and blessed with a son.
